Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes undrained, 14.5-ounce can
- 1 1/4 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 hamburger buns toasted

Remove lid from a 6-quart Instant Pot. Coat inner pot with cooking spray. Add ground beef. Press Sauté. Cook ground beef, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink.

Turn cooker off. Drain beef well. Return beef to inner pot. Wipe rim of inner pot to remove any greasy residue. Return inner pot to cooker.

Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Press Sauté and choose “Less” mode. Bring to a simmer; cook 15 minutes or until thickened.

Serve mixture on toasted buns.
